Hydroguard has received interim verification from the NJ
Corporation for Advanced Technology (NJCAT). The
Hydroworks HG 6 separator, at a treatment flow rate of 1.8 cfs has
been shown by mass balance testing to have a 60.5% solids removal
efficiency (as per the NJDEP methodology for calculation of treatment
efficiency) using NJDEP specified material with an average d50 particle
size of
70 microns and influent concentration of 200 mg/L in laboratory
studies using simulated stormwater. Get the report. |

Gas Fitters as an approved separator for both storm and sanitary

of the MASTEP program and has been given a rating of 2 (1 being the
highest and 5 beling the lowest rating). The rating indicates the
quality of technical data behind the technology to support TSS removal
claims. The rating of 2 is the highest rating that has been given to a

City of Virigina Beach approved the use of Hydroguard in 2006 and gives
the Hydroguard a 20% credit for phosphorus removal. The use of
